I've spent 35 years working as a plumber in the A.C.T, Sydney and in the Navy. Whilst in the navy, apart from plumbing, I worked on the ships propulsion, diesel generation and water purification systems. I have applied my trade and technical skills to complete many tasks outside my trade. Initially felt Mervyn was great - quick to respond, worked quick, tidy and very personable. Unfortunately quickly after works were paid & completed we encountered problems with a toilet he installed and unfortunately it seems he does not stand by his work. Looking back at other reviews I can see this is a trend as he fails to respond . Disappointing as we had been highly recommending him and was considering him for other jobs but now have to pay another tradesman to fix his work.
