I was extremely happy with this service, particularly Tania. My huband and I needed and end of tenancy clean as we were moving to LA. She came around to the house to evaluate the very large cleaning job (6+ hours) and give us an estimate. She was able to schedule 2 cleaning women to come starting at 8am to blitz the house. They worked non-stop and I was extremely happy. I would absolutely recommend these people. If we hadn't moved to LA- I would be hiring them full time to clean as much as possible!

Andrei did an amazing job painting our house. Showed up on time, the quality of his was first class and he was very conscientious with all aspects of his work. Working for professional establishments over the years, helped us to perfect our skills and procedures. Now working directly for home owners and landlords with fantastic results. Initial leads are from rated people, but once people see what we can do, they usually pass us on the other family members and friends. 70% of our jobs are from word of mouth and referrals. Retracting the previous review I gave on Affordable Repairs. Reason below. Got Ken to repair a leaking roof on the same property, after many attempts, wasted time and ££££ it was clear he was shooting in the dark and has no knowledge in this area. He even turned up at the property once (without being asked) pretended to do some work on the leaking roof, then had the audacity to send me a bill for this! When I refused to pay it he got personal. Lacks integrity. Use at your own risk.
Lazlo's fiancee, Niki and her mum have now cleaned twice for us and are fantastic - highly recommended. Niki asked if I would rate her on here, which I am very happy to do, as having had many cleaners in family homes in Woking over 20 odd years, I can honestly say she (and her mum) are the most efficient and best by far! They are now our regular weekly cleaners.

One word: fabulous! Martin and his team are polite, precise in undertsanding their client’s need and execute it with high quality. Martin does not settle on mediocracy. He would spend time and energy in getting it right and leave a clean and neat place after work. He started with a wardrobe project and ended up doing a lot more work as I saw I can fully rely on him. One of those rare gems of a craftsman who works for his satisfaction and not on an hourly rate. I would highly recommend him!

Plus he has a charming way of thinking measurements and next steps out loud, and singing along from time to time. Hesitate to give 5 stars as it may mean he's too busy to do more work for me...

Dan at IdealDecor originally fitted a replacement lock to a store cupboard for me – great job. He then completed a half flat decoration while tenants were living there – not an easy task. The work was spot on, consistent with quote and that in itself makes him highly recommendable. But Dan managed the whole job/access etc directly with the three tenants, and kept me fully informed throughout. We have already planned two more jobs. *** 100% highly recommended ***
