Called me ten minutes after placing the request. Daniel immediately arranged to do the job the next morning and gave me a cost at the same time. He called me twenty minutes prior to his arrival. When he arrived, we discussed the work in more detail and he completed everything very quickly and neatly. Provided a test certificate as requested. He was a very pleasant and professional. I spoke to dozens of builders and had given up trying to find someone decent to do a full extension at a reasonable price, so I put an ad on here instead just for the key structural jobs.
