Russell attended the site (my home) to discuss the options and provided a prompt and very fair quote which I accepted. The job, (quite significant taking 2 days) was carried out by Jamie and Chris a short while later. They were always very friendly, organised and clean - the work was excellent. OVER A YEAR LATER, and a couple of the lights had stopped working and I contacted Russell. Within 2 days, everything sorted with no charge for the new lights or the service. I can't give enough praise to Dorin and his team. Fantastic communication and amazing work. They dismantled a styled fence I have, removed all old decking then reinstalled my original fence and gate after replacing all of the decking with new. Dorin has a great eye for suggesting ideas that he thinks may enhance the area and his team work fast and clearly have a skill with what they do. This was quite a difficult job. Ali didn't appreciate how big the radiator was, and that it would need two people to install it. Also he didn't have experience working with a heat pump so wasn't able to get the system running to test after installation. But he gave it a good go and we got there in the end. I'm happy with the work and would use him again.
