Overall happy customer. Very friendly team that finished the job. Quick and efficient. The fence looks nice but the reason for 4 star review is because they should have cleaned up completely once they finished and they damaged some of the flowers adjacent to the fence which they should've been more careful about. Also the fence is good but it is not 100% straight.

Jon said he would be on site 0800 Tuesday and that the job would take two days. I wait in for him, he then advises at 08:47 on that he wont be there but promises to be there 0800 Wednesday. Arrives 09:45 Wednesday. I arranged access for him and was at work on Thursday and didn’t realise until he messaged me at 15:24 that he hasn’t turned into work again, can he come back on Saturday. Messages at 05:28 on Saturday saying he can’t come in but can do tomorrow (Sunday). Messed us around. Won’t use again.

Good at first and cheap but not worth it. 6 months later my fence concrete posts are wobbly, the fence door can’t open or close it’s just stuck and I had notified the company but they have said they can’t fix the issue as it’s supposedly an issue not caused by them.

Gerald installed a new felt flat roof for us on a Tenanted property in Nov 2020, with a 10 year guarantee. In early Feb 2021 we noticed serious water ingress through the roof, due to the felt being incorrectly laid and un-bonded. We've just had another roofer install an entirely new roof at considerable expense. Gerald has refused to address the issue or to honour his guarantee in anyway. We're currently pursuing him for a refund through the Small Claims Court. DO NOT USE HIS SERVICES.

Fabrizio(His team Steve & Reudi) is vert unprofessional. Left our house in total mess with radiator disconnected, leftover all rubble and ran off the site with his tools. Kept on giving excuses for not coming to work like Van broken down on motorway, Hiring new van and childcare issues. Don't invite this tradesman in home, At first you will find him a good professional but later on he can't keep his commitment and leave you with all the mess in your home.

They were very knowledgable and completed the job to a high standard whilst making the whole process as stress free as possible for us, with having a young family.
