Valley replacement needed due to it leaking into porch. Competitive quote. No money upfront requested - unlike some others. Job turned out to be sightly different from originally thought, due to what was found once the tiles were removed. Came up with an alternative plan that didn’t affect the timescale or quote. Job was finished slightly ahead of schedule, due to pace of work and numbers of personnel. Bit of clearing up required afterwords, but nothing too taxing. On the whole very happy! Would use again.

Over all, an excellent job was done although due to poor weather, a three day job became a three week one. Several unseen problems became apparent during this work, but everything was explained and reasons given for delays / further expense. Time keeping wasn’t great as on many occasions they’d arrive after 09:00 and would have gone by 16:00 at the latest. However, very satisfied with the result.

Graham was professional from initial contact to completion. He, with his team of 2 more painters, were friendly and helpful at all times. They decorated the outside woodwork and part stone/cob walls sympathetically for the age of this old building. The contract was clear and adhered too. They turned up punctually managing to finish the work ahead of time helped by fortunate decorating weather.

The work was carried out to a good standard, quickly and tidily with minimum disruption. We are happy with the result. The "Boys" were friendly and easy to have about and full of good advice.
