Revised review. I originally gave a 1 star review to Bill Osborne(RL Contracts)for the substandard work that he undertook solely. He told me that this review had to be removed for me to receive a partial refund. Which I did. To finish the extension, I have retained the sub contractors that he originally employed as their work has been exemplary. I have spent the past month repeating work that he undertook personally (roofing/plumbing) and am massively out of pocket even with a refund. HENCE THE ONE STAR

There was a problem with getting an even colour on the refinished floor. Apparently two types of sanders are needed for the perimeter of the room and the middle. The perimeter took the stain more and this wasn't taken into account so the floor had to be re-stained darker to make the colour difference less noticeable. Also, the final finish scratches easily.

GC Brickwork arrived to leave on a Friday to look at the job requirements, and gave me a price. They started work on the Monday and completed on the Friday. Everything was completed and our property left in good condition. I would recommend GC Brickwork wholeheartedly.
