He is friendly, punctual, trustworthy, knowledgeable about tiles/tiling and worked round our living situation - a family of 4 with 3 dogs, so it wasn’t easy! Took on a small and awkward job to straighten an external door frame without me having to pay out for a new door. Also replaced all the door hardware. Appear to be trustworthy and reliable. Nobody else applied for the job and I would definitely use again.
