I've had over 10 years experience. Jobs I undertake are general handyman job like electrical, plumbing, central heating, power flushing central heating, painting decorating,kitchen and bathroom refit, fencing and groundworks. You can really do just about anything! How I normally charge is call out charge of £100 this covers the first hour then £50 an hour thereafter plus materials/ parking. Some services are charged at a different rate for example: emergency call out and weekend rate is normally higher rate. • power flush to central heating system charge is £450 including all chemicals and inhibitor to the system this covers six radiators any more than 6 radiators there is an extra charge at £100 per radiator extra .

Work finishing is to a very high standard. We had a fallen ceiling due to damp / water damage from the Flat upstairs. They reinforced the ceiling and redid the coving and painted everything. They did a poor job painting my doors. Three days later the paint is already in a poor state and flaking off. I can share photos showing the state of the door after they finished painting it. They were in a rush to do the whole work in a day. They put wood filler and painted on it before it was dry. I suspect this is why the paint cracked as the filler dried and contracted. They didn't sand the interior side and just painted on top of the old paint. I will have to sand it and repaint it.
