I’ve had to change this rating due to rating too prematurely initially. After fitting our laminate flooring, we have had nothing but issues with slats coming up, nails too long out of the skirting and the door trim not being secure. Although both came out once and glued the LVT down in places we are finding more come up. My husband is now going to have to glue them all down after paying over 1k for supply and fit or alternatively have it taken out and redone.

Stefan arrived promptly at 7.45 am as promised. First he measured the variation in the floor level as well as the roughness of the finished surface. He agreed that a 5mm coating would produce a smooth finish but that I would need twice as much screed to properly level the floor. Apparently he plenty of screed ( Ardex) in his van. He quickly prepared the site by sweeping and vacuuming it clean, then primed the floor and mixed the screed. This was spread evenly and finished inside an hour. Good job done.

Simon and his worker were very helpful, polite always on time. Simon listened to what we wanted and offered his advice , we even had to change dates due to waiting for products to arrive . Nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend him to do any work required. We changed our mind on the design and opted for artificial grass instead of stones, which was going to fit ourselves, he even offered to come and help us free of charge , if we got into any problems .
