Thank you Ionut and the team, im so happy to have a space where I can be proud of! I needed the existing paving slabs removed and to put in place decking, artifical grass, and planters put in. They provided the materials and kept me informed in the process. They are hardworking and I saw a huge difference for every day they came. Bayley replaced a badly damaged bath drain for me which had caused a leak under the bath. He did an excellent job and thoroughly tested the drainage system, fixing and adjusting connections where needed. He also fitted a new shower tap for me at the same time. Bayley was friendly and polite and I had total confidence in his ability within a few minutes of his arrival. I would not hesitate to recommend him for plumbing work.

Scheduled to come to my property the next day to fix boiler. Assured me that he would appear. Took me 4 hours by coach to come to my property in London next day only to be told that he could not do it. Very unethical. Cost me £500 per day time off as an IT contractor + £70 national express coach return ticket and waste of time. This guy named Daniel quoted slightly lower than others but I guess you get what you pay for - I would not use sole trader like this next time due to how unprofessional they can be.
