Ernest did a brilliant job in a basement bedroom where water had come in under the wooden floor because of poor damp proofing around the foot of the lightwell outside. About 25% of the floor areaway affected. He removed this deftly and installed new boards he had sourced. The match is really good. He is every bit as good as his CV suggests.

Abdul was very proactive and checked whether my other Building work in the bathroom had completed. He arrived punctually and did a really good job particularly given that the supplier had sent a piece of lino which was about 2 cm short. Abdul did a good job of making it look okay and it was much appreciated.
