Hi I’m Joe of JAS Property Maintenance and also JSB Bespoke metal and woodwork. I have recently gone back to working on my own but I have been in the building trade since I was young working with family members then to college to pass my brickwork picked up a lot along the way working with many trades which I find makes me unique as I can come in and do most things you may need. The metal and woodwork side has been the more recent years even though I still did the building and house renovating on weekends but I can make gates, fencing, security bars, fancy art products and much more. Welcome to my profile. I treat and install new and reclaimed timer, plus sand and seal. I am a bespoke wood, laminate lvt flooring specialists. My excellent reputation for high quality of workmanship and reliability is testament to more than 25 years industry experience that covers all sectors. I work throughout the Uk on high end projects. I have worked on a unique creation for the Louis Vuitton private museum, La Galleries in Asnieres-Sur-Seine. I created a unique piece for their prestigious display within the museum and that is where it is located to this day. I drew inspiration from the original Damiere Signature and sourced beautiful Oak and Walnut with which he was able to produce this stunning design. You can the work I did in my photos please feel free to have a look. I have carried out projects for the Channel 4 Series, Sarah Beenie’s Restoration Nightmare where I installed, repaired, and restored various wooden floors throughout the incredible Rise Hall property in Yorkshire. I went on to work with Sarah again on another Channel 4 programme called Double Your House for Half the Money: Series 3, Episode 4. Here we installed a beautiful, reclaimed parquet floor for a lovely family in Sheffield. Iv installed floors for Grand designs TV show Please do have a look at my photos in my profile. Made a total mess of a small extension. Quoted 2 weeks and after 7 I sacked him off as we were going nowhere. Massive list of his work didn’t comply with building regs and ended up fitting a purlin to roof as he used wrong sized joists. I now have bits of roof hanging off after max 30 mph winds Even managed to cock guttering up so down pipe is nowhere near drains. Roof leaking and I have had to sack him off and pay another load of cash to a set of lads who can do the job. Avoid or he’ll bankrupt you

Marius was outstanding in every respect. We recently bought a house that had engineered oak wood flooring that has been stained in a dark tone. Marius sanded back the floor to the original oak finish across the whole of the downstairs. It completely transformed the floor, was meticulously sanded and beautifully finished. Marius was thorough, professional and an expert at his trade. He was easy, pleasant to have around and explained the whole process from the start. He delivered on time and was great value.

Andrea and his team were excellent. He is very reliable, efficient and hard working. He made a very challenging job look easy and did some extra things for me that weren’t included in the quote, without charging extra. He got back to me quickly and the whole job took less than 2 weeks from me posting to completion. I would definitely recommend this company and I’m sure I will ask him to do other jobs for me.
