George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. Gareth and Jamie worked in the most appalling weather, were on time but the pointing has yet to be done, but as it needs to be done in fine weather there has been a delay. Chay carried out a significant refurb to my investment property in Armley. He fitted a new roof, bathroom and kitchen to a high standard. Also knocked down kitchen/living room wall and installed LSJ in swift fashion. Other works included re-plastering of the top and middle floor bedrooms, the bathroom and kitchen ceiling. He also installed new radiators, new sockets and carried out first fix on electrics. Truly a jack of all trades, and a great bloke with great work ethic. Would highly recommend.

Bayhaven is a family building team of three. We specialise in house builds, barn conversions, extensions and renovations. We don't use subcontractors and maintain 100% attendance until job completion. We pride ourselves on the quality of our work.
This review is way overdue. Kev, Mick and Dave did a fantastic job of our kitchen extension and garden landscaping. Has really transformed our home. We can not recommend them enough, Kev pointed us in the right direction the whole way through even making suggestions which saved us thousands. He reused materials, which also saved us more money and pulled out all the stops to ensure we had a working kitchen in time for lockdown.

Luke gave a decent quote for some roof, paving & fence work. What they did complete was good, but they did not finish the job. Communication was very frustrating and I had to constantly chase for updates. I stupidly paid the full balance after the garden was complete, but before the roof work was. It's now 9 weeks on & despite repeated assurances that they will come back (and me offering a further £200 to complete the roof work), I do not believe they intend to return. 3/5
