I have been let down by quite a few gardeners in the last year. Toby of GotG was very proactive. He called to discuss my requirements and prices. Was punctual and did a great job to a very tired garden. I have now engaged them to maintain the garden for me and I'm kept fully informed with pics of the work done on the day we agreed. Having offered to cut my grass in writing on a specific date he failed to show up or notify me that he was unable to do so. Subsequently upon inquiry I was informed he was "too busy". In view of this and his obvious very busy work schedule I decided to make alternative arrangements. For obvious reasons I cannot provide any assessment as to his 'quality' or 'value' although I had accepted the price he had quoted me.

Responded very quickly and was able to come and do the job the same day, despite it being a small job. I had a problem with a leak to my downstairs neighbour and Mark did a very good job resealing the bath and investigating other potential sources of the problem.
