Really quick and clean work, very professional and tidy. Would highly recommend. Installed new boiler (in new location) and installed central heating on the top floor (3 radiators). Knew I wanted the job done quickly so arrived with 3 of his team and got it all done in one day!

Rob gave me a fair price for the installation of a new boiler,he was punctual,tidy,polite.Rob kept me updated with how the job was going and worked hard straight through the two days and when the job was completed he tidied up after himself,I would highly recommend Rob and I will definitely be using Rob in the future

Mel was very thorough in his advice and expertise with the installation of a gas fire making sure that he was compliant with Gas Safe Regulations. I would highly recommend Mel and the services that he provides.

The quotes been agreed on the same day and the tradesman has not got back to me despite sending messages a to him. The job has not been started yet as I have not got any further. He has absolutely not communicated with me. I had to rate him because he has not explained the reason. I did not want to rate him badly because there may be compelling reasons, this is the second bad experience in as many times I have had to use your website

We had 3 requests to our job and chose Andy because he turned up on time to quote. Andy was honest and realistic about the work we wanted doing he gave open straight forward advice. Andy is a time served joiner and the proof showed in the quality of his work. Andy also has lots of other trade skills so don’t be afraid to ask for advice and a quote. Fitted two radiators, power flushed the system and finally got our system working properly. Really good plumbers/heating specialists.

We were happy with the price and the boiler replacement. However, the quality rating has to be given as poor because he offered to flush out our system at an extra cost and during the course of this covered the carpet with dirty stains from the radiators and his tools/shoes. We have tried cleaning the carpet and it is so bad we are having to replace them now instead.
