I enlisted Kris to replace my flooring in September 2022. However, after just a year, all of the flooring has become loose, and significant gaps have appeared between the floorboards. I suspect this may be due to the foundation being inadequately level when initially installed.

Some great advice given along the way on how best to maintain the space ongoing and the garden has been left as clean as possible given the weather with all old rubbish and materials taken away. During the work Jack was excellent and his work is of superb standard. He arrived promptly every day and worked extremely hard. I was always kept up to date with what was going on and was listened to for all aspects of the design and layout. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again; they'll be doing my kitchen soon!
