Joshua Richard is very friendly and polite person. He has real patience to understand the issues correctly and rectify it. He came to replace the old led water pipe to PVC pipe. It was a bit tricky job and he had to dig the ground to connect the pipe and secured the connection. Joshua is a professional and skilful person and I would highly recommend him for any sort of plumbing tasks. I would definitely hire him for any of my future plumbing and gas related issues. I also have two more plumbing and heating engineers, two air conditioning engineers and two electricians. All of us are Fully qualified having carried out time served apprenticeships. All of us are qualified to a level 3 standard and beyond. The range of services we can offer are consultancy, installation, maintenance and repair of all types of systems related to our trades.
Excellent service, the problem was tricky as the boiler had suddenly failed with a blank control panel (fuse ok). Initial testing failed to find a fault but after some deep system checks the cause was discovered and he left me with a fully working system. He went the extra mile, definitely use again.
