He grew up on construction sites alongside his father, who had a long-standing background in construction and worked directly on government projects. Before establishing NOAH Construction, Ben also gained experience working for leading construction companies, where he was exposed to projects worth millions of pounds and was involved in works with values reaching approximately £10 million.
