Stefan arrived promptly at 7.45 am as promised. First he measured the variation in the floor level as well as the roughness of the finished surface. He agreed that a 5mm coating would produce a smooth finish but that I would need twice as much screed to properly level the floor. Apparently he plenty of screed ( Ardex) in his van. He quickly prepared the site by sweeping and vacuuming it clean, then primed the floor and mixed the screed. This was spread evenly and finished inside an hour. Good job done.

George and his team did a fantastic job in my garden. All I provided was a rough sketch and George bought this to life brilliantly. Some great advice given along the way on how best to maintain the space ongoing and the garden has been left as clean as possible given the weather with all old rubbish and materials taken away. Lolli did an absolutely fantastic job creating a beautiful new bathroom for our home. He worked very long hours and along with Johnny always left the site clean and tidy. We were particularly impressed with Lolli's attention to detail and perfectionism. There were several issues that came up during the process, as our bathroom is very small with wonky walls and an uneven floor but Lolli rose to the challenge and found a solution for every problem. I would not hesitate to recommend him and I'm already planning for him to come back and build our en-suite and install our central heating as soon as we can find room in the budget!
