We had our wooden back door replaced for a new uPVC one on 21/10/11 and were very pleased with the job. Communication was excellent - he came and measured the door and provided a price the following day, which was very competitive, as well as a choice of installation dates. Very punctual and tidy, completing the job in a few hours and taking the old door away leaving no mess. We've since requested a quote for new windows which seemed very reasonable. Would recommend.
Although the original start date was changed to the following day I was kept informed and had been flexible about the start date anyway. Vlad worked very hard, helped me to make decisions by listening and advising, then produced neat work and left everything very tidy. I'd definitely recommend him and his work.

Kevin turned up as arranged to assess job and followed up with a written quote. As with all building/repair work (especially on an old house) there were some teething problems, but Kevin listened and dealt with everything we discussed.
