Chris did a good job at first, he was professional and left the job clean and tidy. However, once the tap came loose a few months later, he ignored my messages. It appears there is no guarantee with his work.

Customer service is a top priority as I will be working in your property. Any mess and noise is kept to a minimum and always cleared up at the end of the day/job. James Morris did some structural work for us, converting our separate kitchen and lounge into an open-plan kitchen. He also converted a guest loo into a laundry and did some other minor renovation works. His customer service skills are outstanding and the quality of workmanship is excellent. He and his team have a very good work ethic and were very happy to work through weekends at our request to expedite the job. I would recommend him without reservation, and will definitely use him again in the future.

The quotes been agreed on the same day and the tradesman has not got back to me despite sending messages a to him. The job has not been started yet as I have not got any further. He has absolutely not communicated with me. I had to rate him because he has not explained the reason. I did not want to rate him badly because there may be compelling reasons, this is the second bad experience in as many times I have had to use your website
