this workmen is not a heating engineer he came to my property and suggested that I should hire engineer to connect all underfloor heating as he is only laying pipes on floor and nothing else what is the point to name himself as underfloor heating specialist it should be pipe layer

Lee booked me in to do the work on 3 occasions over a period of 2 weeks and didn't turn up for any of them! I tried contacting the office but nobody was answering the phone, and even more frustrating, the answerphone wouldn't accept any messages. Ecotech carried out a complete bathroom installation. At the time i wasn't completely happy with the tiling - although a few years on, the tiles haven't dropped off! One or two issues where certain activities were carried out without checking with me first but in general everything was ok

Guy rang up and arranged a time and date to survey and quote. Waited for over an hour. Rang him twice then gave up, so rang him a third time and told him not to bother. Wasted my time which I took off of work.
John did a decent job moving some pipes around in my roofspace, although it took twice as long as he had estimated. He then borrowed £20 "for petrol money to get home" and did not pay it back. He has banked my cheque and ignored my request for an invoice. He refuses to respond to phone messages and texts. Use him at your own risk.

He quoted £100,000 to do the job in 6 weeks & promised it would be stress free, At 12 weeks in He was told I no longer wanted him to complete the job as I received an electric shock from a socket that was left as a bare cable protruding from the wall. He blamed everybody else then fired the only two decent builders as he held them responsible. Even though I had paid the third stage payment a day previous, I was too distressed and my health was declining due to the anxiety and stress he had caused. Avoid!!
