We hired Cani Building Services to replace the front stairs and pathway of our Victorian home with granite pavers in the spring of 2025. I contacted 247 regarding a leak that was causing a problem in a neighbouring apartment. Rod turned up on time and promptly carried out a thorough investigation to pin point the source of the problem. Within an hour he had found the source of the leak and was able to advise me how to proceed. I would have no problem using 247 again, as they delivered a professional and budget friendly service.

We are delighted with Tim’s excellent and professional service in fitting a replacement radiator and clearing a problem drain for my elderly mum. He responded straight away with his quote and I found him very reassuring when he explained on the phone how he would carry out the job and how he was able to complete the job within a week, which was perfect timing for us. Hi All, Dan relocated and replaced a bath mixer tap for me from a very awkward position. He expertly managed to do this with brilliant finesse and made everything look very smart, crisp and clean. I hired Mark to replace a pump for my water cylinder specifically asking if he provides with a job report as I needed it to claim from my home insurance. He confirmed he will do.. Job was done, I paid same day but never got a report. I contacted him in total 8 (!!) times. Once he said he will do it by the end of the day, then tomorrow then he just ignored me. As a result my claim was denied because of absence of paperwork. This is disgraceful. Be aware.

Derek is a professional and he came around at short notice to fix my boiler. He gave clear advice and also what he was doing. The repair required multiple visits but he managed to keep me up to date on what he was doing and also the costs were reasonable. I highly recommend him.

I was badly disappointed with the work, discussed this with Petru, sent him photos, he was still adamant he had done excellent work. I had to engage another contractor, who I had to pay not only to do the work, but to undo the poor outcome of Petru's work. I hired Petru based on his excellent feedback, and considered asking him to do more work in my home; I regret that decision, and will not hire contractors via websites like this any time again.
