George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. Hi I’m Paul I set up KAL Building Solutions Ltd after successfully working as site manager working on refurbishments for some of the biggest names including Brewdog, Revolution Bars and Ask Italian to name a few where timescales were tight but always kept to budget and time. Prior to this I worked on the domestic sector ranging from refurbishments to structural works. We have invested a lot in quality tools which makes our job easier and helps to do the job more effectively.

Very unhappy with work completed. Unsafe working practices by team. Roof has more leaks than prior to works starting Damage to asbestos panels Poor workmanship Optimal roofing now ignoring my attempts to contact them. I have had a full house refurb using many contractors and have never experienced anything resembling the appalling standards set by Optimal or their lack of attempt to resolve . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am now 1k out of pocket and will have to pay another contractor to fix damage caused
