We hired Cani Building Services to replace the front stairs and pathway of our Victorian home with granite pavers in the spring of 2025. Disappointed to say the least, Anna got in touch after we posted our job advert, she ask for further lead on a job that was urgent fix to a leak for us, sent all additional requested info on job lead to her and she never got back or even bother to send someone out as agreed, extreamly poor customer service for a start and i definately wont recommend

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Andrey completed work under contract with guarantees, but within 2 months the exterior paint peeled off & looks awful. After acknowledging the poor workmanship, Andrey has systematically avoided all accountability - dodging calls, breaking promises, and blatantly refusing to honour his contractual obligations. A complete lack of professional integrity, despite us having all records of communication - he cannot be trusted to stand behind his work.
