The sales person, Mark went through everything in meticulous detail. The team who fitted it did it in one day and the price was very reasonable. I was over the moon with this. We have had some bad weather in the last couple of weeks and so far everything seems OK. I would also say the house feels a little warmer already!

Speedy response. Get boiler replaced in 24 hours after quotation - faster than some paid emergency repair after a call. Professional PPE during pandemic. On time exactly as promised, with a phone call before arrival. Friendly, patient and positive when some objectives missing. Sheet covers floor during work. Tidy up the work place when finishing. Didn't give the Job to Gareth, however this was not a reflection on anything about Gareth. He was prompt polite and knowledgeable, it just came down to me needing the bottom price even though Gareth's quote was very competitive. I had to go with the cheapest for me.
