Although not the cheapest quote, the work was done promptly, the staff were courteous and very hardworking, they tidied up as they went along, and snagging issues were dealt with. Communication was very good, either by text, email or in person. A further serious issue was discovered during the time they were here, and I will be using Weatherproof services again to deal with that.

Initial communication was perfect and David kept me updated on arrival time etc. He showed me a video of our roof and explained what was required. Work carried out on time and the bill was as stated with no nonsense (like some contractors). Our next door neighbour has also since had roof work carried out by the company and is also very happy.
