Superb service! The guys came to fit a velux window but the batons and felt had been damaged by leakage over the years. They worked all weekend to get it fixed as they had a big job starting the following Monday. They were friendly, tidy and incredibly hard working even when it started pouring. This person said he could do a good job replacing the felt on my shed but he did not. It is a shame because I was pleased with the other work he had done such as removing garden waste, cutting branches and replacing couple of panels. The shed had to be put right by someone else.

The reason for the was his imaginary wasp nest, which he doesn’t want to come inspect or show. Because he wants more money for further visits. Very unprofessional.
