I'm really glad I chose Geraint - he has been working in the area for many years, and he took the time to think about how to fix my problem. He figured out my old plumbing system and it was clear he had a lot of experience. He has been very friendly, reliable and professional and no way was he going to rip me off - which is a relief when you're a woman on your own! Five stars from me.

Danny, worked hard to give us a nice gleaming shower room. He's given plenty of suggestions and recommendations which made us think and chose the right parts. All rubbish is now cleared away ( well to a skip anyway, awaiting collection). In the end the completed room is fantastic and he's added a few little touches that we wouldn't have though of. Well Done Dan.

I'd highly recommend Alan and Kieron from ADK Building. They installed our bathroom to a very high standard from the plumbing through to tiling, installing underfloor heating and constructing custom made shelving to overcome a challenging job. Alan is very friendly, helpful and polite, he discussed the requirements in detail and any unforeseen problems were explained and dealt with. The work area was left clean and tidy each day.

The only one of six P&D`s to turn up after saying they would do the job for us.( P&B Maintenance were the only Rated People tradesmen who answered our advert and we were not disappointed). They gave me a quote which we felt was acceptable and agreed a start date. Elliot and Charlie came on the day agreed and got on with the job in hand. They worked well during the day and finished the painting job for us. well done. ps. They did not need to have a radio blaring away like some, this was appreciated.

Pete is an outstanding professional. Our job started much later than planned with many delays, Pete was patient and courteous throughout. The supplied product is phenomenal and has really finished our project off. Pete turned up on time despite a very long drive and worked very hard to get the floor down ahead of schedule. Brilliant service from the first contact Simon came to quote for the job, he was always on time, gave a full quote which was very competitive, a start and finish date which he kept to.. I did ask for his advice on a few little jobs which he just got on with at no extra charge, nothing was to much trouble. His workmanship was first class he even cleaned up after himself, I strongly recommend his services

Cliff, he was efficient, reliable, well priced and an excellent tradesman. We called him in to repair a chimney breast and fix our garage which was leaking. We were delighted with the work on the chimney, he is a fantastic render and plasterer. cliff is now renovating our bathroom, plus our neighbours are also putting him to work. An added bonus is he is a good communicator so he was able to work with our two very different personalities with different ideas, Cliff took it all in his stride.
