Great workmanship, neat and tidy at the end of each day and able to get it all done against quite a tight timeline. Phil was excellent. He did the whole job on his own. He arrived when he said he would. There was nothing unexpected and he cleared up very well considering the old wooden soffits etc were 40+ years old and full of birds' nests. (Buy extra teabags - he does love a cup!)
