A reasonable quote was given very quickly for a fencing job. The chap I spoke to on the phone beforehand and met on the day of the job (Simon) was polite, knowledgeable and pragmatic. He and a colleague erected the 5 6x6 fence panels and posts without fuss and to a high standard, despite some difficulties inherent in the job. Would definitely recommend and would use again.

James doesn't do any of this. At all. He's a builder for the 21st century. He sends pics and updates via social media and sorts out problems when he's not around. Small but awkward lighting switch job. Rang and roughly priced on the phone within ! hour of job posting. Gave early time next day and arrived punctually at peak of 'school rush'. Craig and Dave very polite, friendly and efficient. Did job in time and price predicted and apologised for having to dash off to an 'emergency'

Very happy with Gary's helpfulness and attential to detail. He really went the extra mile to make sure the job was done properly and looked good afterwards (re-grouting the floor to match the toilet, replacing pipes elsewhere in the bathroom he found to be unsuitable, etc.)
