Steve was absolutely fantastic. He was professional, skilled, polite and diligent. He was always on time, did an excellent job and we would definitely use him again, in fact we are going to use him again. We cannot recommend him highly enough, even the other individuals he brought with him on the job were good professionals. Paul and his team were very professional and expert at their job. The roof looks superb, not a tile out of line, a truly great job! The communication over the job was good as was the cleanup and working practices. They gave a quote and stuck to it. Unlike some who give an "estimate" that just grows! The quote given was competitive and we are delighted that we put our trust in such a first class conscientious firm. Would recommend to anybody and will definately use again

He did a fantastic job on the plastering skimming on bathroom, even helping us put an shelf where some of the tiles used to be for no extra cost. The quality of the work was to such a high standard and he was a really nice person. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again or recommend to anyone.

Worked very hard in less than favourable weather. When problems arose, trees in the way,tree stumps happy to work to resolve. Cleared up each day and at the end of job taking rubbish away. I would certainly recommend him.

They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. I would highly recommend London Builders.

Brilliant work, great guys, we are so pleased with the whole process which we understand is unusual at the end of a large loft conversion project! Alex and his coworker provided a great service. They replaced a door in my home and it was a very clean job (i.e. it looked exactly how the door had looked before it was broken). Had a very positive with Mark and the Unique Lofts team for our loft conversion. I would highly recommend them. Michael and Brad (our team) were friendly, dedicated and hardworking. Our neighbours, who had the skip chute cross their garden, also shared how considerate and friendly they were. Michael kept me in the loop, followed up on my enquiries and gave some really helpful advice in moving airing cupboards and opening up the loft space for more natural light. All in all, highly recommended.

Derek contacted me straight away to arrange a visit and quote. Straight away Derek’s presentation and attention to detail pleased me. This project was to update my mother in laws downstairs shower room, Derek recommended a retail outlet for the equipment with assistance over choices. We chose and accepted his quote, which included dismantling the existing fixtures and some build parts of the cramped room. All waste was removed, the project was completed 100% in just over 6 days to satisfaction, recommended.
