As a result, we didn't proceed. Afterwards, the contractor reached out repeatedly via call, text, and WhatsApp to sincerely apologize and take full responsibility. Miles helped at such short notice and as my Mum is 97, he agreed to come on Sunday to fix her lighting so she’d be safe. He told us his call-out and hourly rate, messaged when he was a bit delayed, and diagnosed fault and fixed it . He explained everything and was very tidy, no mess at all. Would recommend him highly, cost was v reasonable and was very glad to find him.

completed a part rewire and new fuse box all to s good standard but they left the loft insulation in a pile they didn't put it back after working up there, they walked plaster down the stairs and made a mess of the carpet they didnt wear over shoes or cover the work area
