I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. Brilliant! Communication and attention to detail was outstanding all the way through. Zoltan and Tabita are lovely people too. They asked lots of questions to make sure everything was just how we wanted. They come across as highly professional and take pride in their work. What should have been a straightforward connection of electric oven to wall spur turned out to be not the case, due most likely to a problem with the (brand new) building’s wiring - John of Eagle Service went above and beyond to try and resolve the issue, which the council have now passed on to their builders to address.
