We used P&A to replace some floorboards in my utility room, this was an urgent ask as I live in a first floor flat and my washing machine had leaked into the downstairs flat. P&A offered excellent and efficient service. They quickly answered all questions, very good communication before the work was carried out. Matthew and his team did an amazing job and completely transformed a tired 1st floor maisonette into a luxurious looking property. Throughout my 'mini' project Matthew remained calm and patient, even when i informed him that i preferred to have my Gas Safe Engineer to work on the Plumbing and Gas boiler. he just adjusted his quote reflect this. He also suggested 2 weekly installation payments so that I could see the improvements before paying. I will definitely use Matthew again for any future projects.
