I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. He was reliable, tidy, and really clear on things like costs and how the slabs would be laid so I knew exactly what I was getting.
