We hired Neil to plaster our lounge. Unfortunately he has left us with an uneven ceiling and at the time of payment it was difficult to see the finished job whilst the plaster was wet. We had a painter and decorator out to finish our room and he remarked about the finish. We phoned Neil and he did return, he also agreed the job was not up to standard. He offered to re do the room, however the painter had finished the room, so we asked Neil for a partial refund. After many phone calls this has not happened.

Bryn came at short notice willing to do the work, price was slightly higher than expected but with him able to do the work at short norice I accepted and received a good end result with my porceline tiles in my rear garden. After being left in a terrible mess by another kitchen fitter, Graham responded to my job. Even speaking to him on the phone I knew he was a guy who could be trusted, and I wasn’t wrong! Within 4-days he completed our new kitchen and levelled the floor, correcting how badly it had been done previously, fitting all units and appliances to an excellent standard.
