I had initial doubts about using this website to find good tradesmen. But DIR Solutions have changed my mind. communication was excellent and they were able to complete the task and exceed my expectations. This was a very difficult task and will be calling on them regularly to do other jobs in the future. It is a pity that i am unable to post before and after photos of this job on this website. Thanks to this company, I can now access a portion of my garden that was totally swamped by errant thorn bushes..

I was very satisfied with the results of VFurb's external renovation and decoration work, which took 3 weeks in total, extended due to rain. Dragos worked six days a week to keep me informed of progress, answered all my questions, and identified practical solutions to unforeseen problems, supported by detailed costings . He was always present to supervise his team of 2-4 workers, and personally completed the most complex roofing, piping and guttering jobs himself to a high standard.

In a nutshell Mr Scales was god sent! I urgently needed decking done to an unusually shaped area of the garden and also tidying up of some unfinished work by a previous workman. Kevin did a remarkable job with the lot. He arrived at the times he said he would, waited to discuss anything he thought I needed to consent on and was very careful not to damage any of my pots & plants. He completed the work in the time he estimated & understood my tight schedule. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!

It was a pleasure to have Sam install our bathroom. Nothing was too much trouble and he even called 2 days before the start date to check all was OK and proceeded to fit a new gate valve to enable me to disconnect the old suite. He also collected bathroom fittings for us to save a 30 mile round trip. He worked hard on the installation to finish it as soon as possible but maintained a very high quality of finish. He made suggestions to improve the final appearance which were very welcome.

A fantastic team, serious, reliable with Very Good listening skills. Provided me with an overall outstanding service, from briefing to communication during the process and finally the delivery and installation of the final product. True Professionals that regardless of the time they will stay until late to finish the job at a high standard. they've asked me 5 times if I am happy with the look and quality of the product. Cleaned after themselves and took the trash with too, A joy to deal with, Thank you
