I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. The job was not as straightforward as expected, but Dave took parts of the broken table leg assembly home and crafted two new joints which he fitted the next day. the table is now sturdy again. He also glued a broken stool leg for us before he left.

I did not use either of these tradesmaen for the flue replacement. as the boiler manufacturers admitted they were responsible for the problem and replaced it.,Both called to give a quote and were helpful and polite.
