Max was quick to respond to request and did a thorough investigation, fixed the leak and left with no damage despite having to get behind tiling which was great. Very polite and kept me informed of the process throughout.
Pete is a very reliable builder. He turned up on time, completed everything in the time agreed, and liased with building inspectors on our behalf. We would highly recccomend him and his team for anyone who who needs a reliable builder; who doesn't need supervision, and takes the stress out of contacting building inspectors. Anthony and Geoff are great people to work with. They gave a competitive quote and realistic time schedule - both of which were kept to. As with any larger projects, a couple of changes needed to be made as we went along however they were entirely adaptable and proactive with advice. Will came on the agreed date; was very polite. He quickly assessed what was causing the problem with one of our kitchen 'magic' corner units and proceeded to fix it immediateley. My wife then mentioned that a cutain pole fixing in our dining room was coming away from the wall. Without hesitation he made the fixing secure. We cannot praise Will high enough as he also telephoned us on the day to say he would be later than he originally told us. and gave us a new expected time of arrival; which he met.
