Chay carried out a significant refurb to my investment property in Armley. He fitted a new roof, bathroom and kitchen to a high standard. Also knocked down kitchen/living room wall and installed LSJ in swift fashion. Other works included re-plastering of the top and middle floor bedrooms, the bathroom and kitchen ceiling. He also installed new radiators, new sockets and carried out first fix on electrics. Truly a jack of all trades, and a great bloke with great work ethic. Would highly recommend.

Ed did a fantastic job installing an engineered wood herringbone floor in our bedroom. He had good, frequent communication before and during the job, was very clean and tidy throughout and the final finish was excellent, we were blown away by the quality of his workmanship. This tradesman never turned up and said a few times he would call me back but never bothered, I’m not sure why people mess people about.

We requested that the bathroom was taken out and the pump parts kept. Unfortunately the pump was ripped out badly so we cannot reuse it. The young apprentice also caused alot of damage / mess and did not clean up. The plasterer they used was really good. Did not turn up when they said they would. Also really hassled for money once job was done, even though we had some outstanding issues. Shame as we were looking for a reliable worker to help with another local renovation.
