I found them to be very hard working. Very pleasant. Offered good advice. Sought and acted on any feedback I gave. I am pleased with the monoblock extension to my driveway. What stood out for me was how important customer service was to them, they showed a positive attitude and had genuine dedication to the job. Would recommend and would use DRM Enterprise again in the future.

Ryan and his team did an excellent job in our garden. He'd built a fantastic garden wall and a lovely patio area which my family can really enjoy. Ryan was very flexible with my forever changing ideas, very courteous and left the place looking very tidy. I would highly recommend him and would be happy to have him to do work for us again.

We hired this company and I'm happy we did. Both Martins, father and son, were helpful and suggested things we hadn't considered. It was a big job and got interrupted by frequent rain, but they cheerily arrived and completed it today. They were considerate to us, especially my husband with disabilities and we wouldn't hesitate to both use them again and recommend them to anybody looking for a garden makeover. Thank you very much.

Job done speedily and the men were polite. Very satisfied with end result but reason it's not five star is the fact they requested to put the date arranged back by three days with very little notice. The original date was kept but the time altered.

There were lots of small aspects to this job which must have been a nuisance for Iain. Nevertheless, Iain worked through them, was great to deal with and, most importantly, did a good job.

I hired Michael and his team for a significant garden renovation/landscaping project with outstanding results. Michael took lots of time up front helping me design the garden, offering up some great ideas and advice. Service from start to finish was highly professional. The job was a complete en-suite shower room renovation. The existing fixtures and fittings were removed and a complete new suite installed. This requires alterations to one of the walls to increase the size of the room, and plasterwork in the en-suite and adjoining room. The wall and floor were completely tiled and new lighting, shower, basin and WC were fitted. The reason that Wayne got the job was that he appeared very professional from the outset. He arrived right on time, was knowledgeable, willing to provide ideas and provided a detailed written quote and work schedule. He allowed me the option of choosing my own materials, which he would then purchase for me to save me any hassle. He dealt with the suppliers and took delivery of the goods. One other confidence booster is the fact that he didn't take a penny until the job was complete and I was completely satisfied. Once the job began, minor changes to the specification weren't a problem. Wayne accepted changes, and provided verbal cost updates if the change had a cost impact. I would have to say that he is more than fair in terms of the additional cost of his labour and didn't take a mark-up on materials. Throughout the job he was very punctual, and his work ethic was exceptional. He obviously takes great pride in what he does, and it shows in the finished product. I would certainly recommend Wayne.
