Excellent communication throughout from Michael who was really helpful with his advice and suggestions. Problem was much bigger than anticipated but now all sorted; really efficient workers who left the work area even tidier than they found it, very good quality work produced with nothing too much trouble. Extremely satisfied with the job now completed so would totally recommend this company.

All of the window sills internally he done for me where really bad also. He did give me £100 refund. But that didnt even cover the cost for a building notice. Dave is a nice genuine fella who did go out of his wat to come back and clean windows and showed willingness. Everyone has there bad days so hopefully this was just one of Dave's. Sorry about feedback but unfortunately i choose my tradesmen via feedbacks and unfair on other people to hear all positves and no negatives
Fantastic service from Cristian - was quick to respond to the initial request, I sent him some photos and he quoted straight away, and then was here 3 days from making the request. Extremely pleasant guy who clearly knew what he was doing and from start to finish I couldn't be happier. He also fitted a chimmney cowl that I had whilst up on the roof as part of his original quote. If you want someone to do a great job, will leave the place spotless and DON'T want a dodgey roofer then he's your man.

Excellent in every respect. Good technical knowledge, good diagnosis, good practice etc. Punctual, contactable, kept me informed about possible times, weather etc. Good range of skills. Only thing I'm not sure about is the trading name but it was appropriate in some respects - good diagnostic skills.
