He arrived on time and even though we had supplied him with what a keylock company had said we needed - it was wrong - he went out and got the correct locks that were needed for the job and never charged extra or anything. Gave estimates for two jobs which I accepted, seemed pleasant and friendly, (one job had to be postponed to new year , my fault) but unfortunately he then had a terrible run of bad luck , first Saturday there was another job, second Saturday twisted ankle and third Saturday van broke down and now no response so will have to look elsewhere .
