Ray and his team did an extensive refurbishment for me in Hackney . I didn’t know him before and took three quotes from other builders as is recommended . His pricing is competitive and he came up with a comprehensive quote . Plus he is an affable chap and seemed trustworthy. So we went ahead . The property refurbished is approx 130 sq m so it was a big job . Initial stages were stripping the property out and removing a huge amount of rubble . Ken was by far the most professional builder that came round to quote for the work. He explained what would be required to complete the work. Including building regs and structural engineer requirements. Therefore we were pleased that ken's quote was slightly cheaper than the others we recieved. The work was completed to agreed timescales and a very high standard with minimal impact and fuss. I have no hesitation in recommending ken and will contact him first before posting a job for future planned work
