Tony and his team did a great job of converting a rather limited loft space into what is now a really great bedroom and en-suite. Both throughout the quotation and the build itself Tony was always available to answer any questions and to advise on details to ensure we got the result we needed. The job itself was completed to a high standard and the team were prompt and work hard working throughout to ensure completion on time and on budget. I commissioned Alec Gardner Builder to install an interior Bathroom on the strength of his previous work replacing a soil down pipe. He is such a skilled and talented builder with an acute attention to detail.
