Very smooth, professional job from start to finish. Everything done when agreed between myself and the builder. Job finished more than a day ahead of schedule. Everyday we came into the house there was very little disruption and the job site kept clean. When the job was finished the room was left extremely clean and practically dust free. Would not hesitate to use again.

Luke did an amazing job! He was diligent, was always early and knows how to act courteously in someone's home. Lewis did an excellent job with my lawn! He was punctual, professional, and really thorough with the grass cutting. The edges were neat, the lawn looks tidy, and he left everything clean afterwards. Superb service from start to finish. Express Building Solutions responded to our initial enquiry promptly, Dan called to quote the following day and fitted our gate the day after that. Dan very polite, punctual and helpful - did really good job on our gate and also fitted a small piece of fencing for us (which we hadn't requested in our original enquiry) to match the gate. Excellent all round service, nothing too much trouble, would definitely use again and recommend to anyone.

the damaged ceiling on the landing was taken down and re-plastered. All the rubbish was removed and the area cleaned. I will be using them again in the future.

Paul is a hard worker for Darren, polite and a tidy worker Paul makes sure he meets your needs to the best of his capabilities, As I needed full access to my Lower floor for wheelchair access. Door ways made bigger , bedroom and bathroom adapted hard workers.
