It was a pleasure to have him on site. Our repointing was a horrible job to do but he did it without complaint and we are delighted with the results. He was always cheerful and friendly even when working in the rain. He was as tidy as he could be with the type of work and cleaned up the site well before he left. Couldn't have asked for more. His pricing was also very reasonable and we would happily use him again and recommend him to others.

Ben was excellent from start to finish. Even though he lives 100 miles away. We sorted exactly what we wanted by phone and photos. Turned up exactly when he said he would. Just got on with the job, did not have to bother me at all. Worked non stop until all was completed in the timescale he said. Cleaned up all the mess afterwards. Top job and good price.

So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Worked in some beautiful places doing first and second fix carpentry, maintenance and joinery and have good experience in site work private work and construction. I needed my garden shed removing, because it had begun to deteriorate, and there was almost a forest growing around it. The young man who completed the work did a grand job. He dismantled the shed in a very short time, and he took it all away from the site. I will need my garage re-roofing in the spring, and have decide to give the work to BSM. I highly recommend this company.

Valleys based property maintenance. Excellent service with clean and tidy ,quick working. All aspects of kitchen fitting, bathroom suites, roof repairs on new roofs, extensions, etc. And most of all my trade has a painting and decorator with wall paper hanging etc .

George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. The company main reception also seems to be a virtual reception so you can never speak with anyone helpful
My main work is carpentry joinery, but also do the whole job, ie repair or redo the wood work, repair the plaster and redec. I have worked on national trust buildings, repairing to perfection and because I love gardening I do garden tidies and make overs as an extra side line.
Can't give 0 starts but would if I could. Gave a quote and then wanted to change the price halfway through. Requested 80% of payment after 1 day work Caused hundreds of £'s of damage to wardrobes he was to install Did not return on day 3 to finish the job Has not replied to request for refund or to remedy the job Avoid
