We have the home we wanted so we are happy with the job. It wasn't just refurbishment, but constructive changes took place and also rooms were remodelled, ceiling constructions were redone and new floors were laid down. Unfortunately, Ben tried to add on an £80.00 additional charge at the end of the job. This had not been mentioned at all during the two day job and I was very disappointed that this was how he chose to conduct business instead of being upfront in his approach. On first impressions the job seemed good and to a high standard. However, on a closer inspection there were a number of areas, which were harder to reach, that they decided not bother with, and which we finished off ourselves. I would not use this company again.
We are a home improvements company, we supply and fit aluminium and pvc windows and doors along with conservatory roof replacements we are platinum installers of the Leka system and also preferred installers of endurance doors.
From start to finish I cannot fault this Company in any way. There was no 'hard sell'. Johnathan priced the job and left us to make up our minds. The product fitted was excellent and the fitting team even better. Definately exceeded my ecpectations. Thank you. I would reccomend Rhino to everybody.
